Systemic Family Therapy

Systemic family therapy works with families to positively change and develop in order to build on family strengths and ultimately improve relationships.

 

What services do we offer?

The service is based at Harrison House and offers individuals and their families assessment and support from NAViGO’s fully trained family therapy team. The therapy aims to encourage family members to empathise with each other, appreciate each other’s needs in order to support and achieve as a family unit in a more positive environment.

HOW DO I ACCESS Systemic family therapy?

One member of the family must already be involved with mental health services in order to be referred. You can talk to your care co-ordinator about this.

If you or a loved one require help and support for mental health issues, your first port of call should be your GP or other health care professionals who may refer you to one of our services.
