The Gardiner Hill Foundation

The Gardiner Hill Foundation is a local charity which has been established to enhance and enrich the lives of people with mental health problems and promote good mental health.

We work alongside and supplement core funded essential services provided to people with mental health problems.

Our principle aim is to support people with mental health issues in ways which empower them. The Foundation will encourage and support education and training, employment and independent living.

All of our trustees and support staff are volunteers which mean all donations will help people in North East Lincolnshire with mental health problems.

Support available for you

If you have or have had a mental illness or are a carer of someone with a mental health illness then the Gardiner Hill Foundation may be able to assist you with a grant.

There are numerous areas in which the Foundation can support people or organisations locally so if there is something you think we can help with, then please do fill in the application form. You will need to give information about the person supporting your grant application (referee) so please talk to your care co-ordinator or support worker first. You can also apply for training and educational grants.

the gardiner hill caravan

In April 2015 the Gardiner Hill Foundation partnered with Thorpe Park, Cleethorpes to offer a deluxe caravan exclusively to NAViGO service users and their carers at a reduced price throughout the entire holiday season.

The 8 berth, deluxe caravan is one of the most popular accommodation options at the holiday park. The spacious, open plan environment and stylish interiors means service users will be able to enjoy a country and coastal retreat with a comfortable place to put their feet up at the end of the day. As well as offering a scenic location to relax in, Thorpe Park offers a multitude of activities such as a climbing wall, swimming and sports – and a bar and restaurant to re-charge batteries afterwards!
