Mental Health Awareness Training
As a national award-winning specialist provider of mental health services, we know that having an understanding of mental health is increasingly important in the workplace.
Just as with physical health, it’s essential to recognise that we have varying degrees of mental health. Everyone has different levels of resilience to pressure and change.
This training looks into key issues around work-related mental health. We explore positive ways of interacting with employees and colleagues to prompt a discussion about mental health, and look at ways of supporting people with mental health difficulties.
Mental health can affect anyone at any time, so we believe that it is crucial for everyone to have an understanding of what mental health is, and how best to support yourself and others.
This course is suitable for those who want to gain a greater awareness of workplace mental health, to detect early symptoms of common mental health illnesses and the skills to support their own and others’ positive wellbeing.
