Mindfulness Sessions –
with Open Mind’s Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner
Mindfulness is recommended by the National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE) as a way to prevent depression and low mood in people who have had three or more bouts of depression in the past. Becoming more aware of the present moment can help us enjoy the world around us more and understand ourselves better.
Sessions can be delivered in small groups for 20 minute intervals, allowing for 10 people at a time.
For full day onsite approx. 140 members of staff would have the opportunity to participate in a mindfulness session. Half day would allow for 80 people to participate.
